We have tried to make ordering as easy as possible and we aim to accommodate most needs. Goods are usually dispatched within 2 working days. However, this may be longer during busy periods and so we offer the option of a priority dispatch for only a small surcharge which we recommend if your order is urgent. The method of delivery is chosen according to the product, your delivery location and the weight of goods.
New Customers: You can purchase products online by credit card at the secure checkout. You can also place orders by contacting us by phone or email to order products on a proforma basis, pay by credit card or arrange to make payment by cheque or bank transfer. Proforma: If you prefer, you can request a proforma invoice. You can then pay by credit card, cheque, BACS or intra-account transfer, funds clearing prior to dispatch of goods.
Setting up an account: If you are a registered company, you can set up a credit account by contacting us by phone or Email. We will send you our terms and conditions as well as an account application form. We will be requiring your company details and credit references.
Account Holders: Once you have an account, you can contact us with details of your enquiry or order. We will send you price and delivery information if necessary and will require a Purchase Order Number. Payment will be required prior to the end of your credit period as agreed by us (normally 30 days). Payment can be by credit card, cheque or by BACS as above (Proforma).
Dispatch should be made within 2 working days of your order, provided that your selected items are in stock and ready for dispatch. During busy periods, there may be a delay and so we recommend choosing priority dispatch for a small surcharge if your order is urgent. An Email will be sent once your item is ready for dispatch indicating that it is en-route to you.
Delivery is usually made within 2-4 working days. Delivery fees are set according to the type of product ordered, weight and your delivery area at the cost to us as charged by the courier.
Please note that due to the size and nature of many of our products, delivery is not generally made by 'economy couriers' and can rise quite sharply for Highlands, Islands and Ireland in many cases. The delivery charge includes a small handling charge to cover packaging and administration. If you have any questions regarding deliveries and charges then please do not hesitate to contact us. PLEASE NOTE THAT VAT WILL BE LEVIED ON HANDLING AND DELIVERY CHARGES.
Please Check your goods immediately upon receipt
All packages, particularly those containing Sprayers and accessories should be checked to ensure that contents are complete as soon as possible on arrival and any missing or damaged parts or components must be notified to us within 48 hours otherwise replacement parts will be subject to normal charges.
