This will get into areas which cannot be covered by spray. For use against flying and crawling insects and stored product insects such as saw-toothed grain beetle, grain weevil, red-rust flour beetle, flour moth and grain mite. For use in empty grain stores, industrial buildings and food handling/storage/manufacturing premises.

For best results fumigate in the late afternoon and leave the area being treated for a minimum period of 2 hours. Consider how many smoke generators are required for the area to be treated. Heavy infestations may require more than one application.

Clear people and animals including fish from the area before use.

Place canister(s) spaced out on the floor surface on a heat resistant surface.

Make the area to be fumigated as smoke tight as possible by closing all windows/vents etc. Open canister(s) and light the fuse on the canister furthest from your exit point first, then light the next fumer and move towards your exit point. Close the door on exit, it is not necessary to seal the door with tape.

Leave for at least 2 hours but preferably overnight and then ventilate the area thoroughly.

APPLICATION RATE: APPLY 1 X 93 GRAMME UNIT OF PRODUCT PER 525 CUBIC METRES. AGAINST RED-RUST FLOUR BEETLES, SAW -TOOTHED GRAIN BEETLES, INDIAN MEAL MOTHS, GRAIN MITES AND GRAIN WEEVILS BY APPLICATION TO EMPTY GRAIN STORES. DO NOT ENTER THE TREATED AREA FOR A MINIMUM OF 4-HOURS AFTER TREATMENT.

Rate of application: Apply at a rate of one smoke generator per: 600m³ for crawling insects and pests of stored products. For larger areas, use multiple smoke generators.

IMPORTANT: THIS PRODUCT MAY EMIT SOME SPARKS UPON IGNITION. CAUTION MUST BE TAKEN WHEN LIGHTING THE PRODUCT.
