Product Description
Our range of Evolution knapsack sprayers are built for maximum strength, ease of use, comfort and flexibility and this sprayer has the added benefit of a unique PRESSURE REGULATOR which will reduce product wastage and operator work rate.
This unit has a 16-litre capacity tank and the pump lever can be mounted on either side of the tank allowing for ease of use by left or right-handed operators. There is a moulded carry handle, with
adjustable, anticorrosive non-slip straps as well as a mechanical agitator within the tank, which ensures the contents are always mixed and no separation can take place during the spraying process. The spray lance is made from fibreglass so is both strong and very light and measures 0.91m in length.
The PRESSURE REGULATOR has a unique design that allows the pressure to be set to the most suitable your application, for example, 1.5 bar for herbicides or 3 bar for insecticides or fungicides. This enables you to maximise the coverage and effectiveness of your chemicals by reducing waste and water consumption. It also reduces the pressure
pumping frequency.
Whilst this is a robust sprayer with quality fittings it is designed to be used with pH neutral, non aggressive chemicals so ideal for the application of herbicides and fungicides.

FAQs
Can I use this sprayer with the long telescopic lances?
Yes. This knapsack sprayer can be connected directly to our long telescopic lances including both the 5.4 metre and 3.2 metre. The only slight issue with the 5.4 metre lance is that the maximum working pressure for this sprayer is only 3bar so, if using the lance at full extension when vertical, the spray pattern will not be very powerful. It will still spray but not with as much power as when the lance is shortened or when the angle of spraying is reduced. If you are looking to use the longest of our telescopic lances and use it to spray vertically and at full extension, then we would recommend our RS12 knapsack sprayer or RS18 knapsack sprayer that have a maximum working pressure of 6bar which is double that of this sprayer.
What is the difference between 3bar & 6bar working pressure?
The amount of bar basically means the amount of pressure that is pushing the liquid along the hose and lance and out of the nozzle. Generally speaking, the higher the working pressure then the harder the liquid will leave the nozzle.
